Ethiopia Guji Bukusaissa is a naturally processed coffee grown at high elevation in Hambela, in the heart of Ethiopia’s Guji region. This standout microlot from our Bodega Reserva collection showcases the vibrancy and depth of its origin.

A Flavor Profile Rooted in Terroir

Grown at over 2,000 meters above sea level, this coffee is dried on raised beds for up to 15 days. The result is a clean, fruit-forward cup that reflects Guji's rich terroir. Its flavor profile includes:

  • Bright kiwi acidity

  • Jammy sweetness

  • Deep blackberry notes

  • Silky, smooth finish

Brewing Recommendations

Ethiopia Guji Bukusaissa excels with a range of brew methods:
